Machine Subscription Plans are concluded for a fixed period of 12 months after which the contract will automatically terminate. You do have the statutory right to withdraw from your Machine Subscription Plan within 14 days of the receipt date of the first goods (machines and/or coffee).

The T-DISC packaging meets the requirements of the EU Packaging Waste Directive.

The outer bag is composed of an aluminium, polyester and polyethylene laminate and is suitable for energy recovery through incineration. In locations where plastic collection systems exist, it can be deposited with general plastics (non PET).

The convenient dispenser carton is composed of paperboard and is recyclable.

Each T DISC is designed to prepare a perfect cup, and cannot be reused. The T DISC should be removed from the machine after brewing and discarded.

The shipping costs are 2.99£.

Free shipping is applicable for orders over 30£. Keep in mind that free shipping applies on your subtotal and not on your total amount. This means that your discount first needs to be calculated before you see your final amount. Please take your discount code into an account when calculating your total.

Do you live on a remote area?

We have not been able to deliver to certain remote postal code areas in the UK for a while, but we are now pleased to say that we have been able to resume this delivery service. Due to the higher service costs associated with delivery to these areas, there will be a £5 surcharge added to each delivery, so the total amount for shipping will be 8,99£ (2,99 + 5).

The TASSIMO machine by Bosch uses a patented flow-heat technology that heats water as it passes through the machine.

This means there is no waiting time for it to heat up.

To ensure a quick delivery, your order is processed once you have placed it and the payment has been succesful. Once an order has been placed, it is not possible to cancel or amend it.

You can always return the order within 14 days after receipt. Please note that we can only accept unused and undamaged items in the original packaging for return.

Yes, you can choose from our complete assortment (only the packs below £4 are excluded from the Starter & Saver Plan). This means that you can choose between packs with 8, 16 or 24 drinks. The plans are based on packs and not on the number of drinks within a pack, so you are free to pick any pack you like.

The warranty for machines bought in the UK is 2 years. Please retain proof of purchase.

Your creditcard probably got expired. If that is the case, we have sent you an email to update your payment details. In case you don't update your payment details within the set 14 days, your TASSIMO Subscription gets cancelled and a cancellation fee will apply according to the terms and conditions of the TASSIMO Subscription Plans. If your creditcard is not expired, please contact customer care.

All coffee machines are susceptible to limescale build-up. The machine will let you know when it needs a descale by illuminating the red descale indicator light. The automatic descale cycle can be activated using the Service disc.

You can change your selection per delivery, depending on your plan that means every 4, 3 or 2 months

You have the possibility to adjust your coffee selection until the next shipment date. You can do this within the TASSIMO My Account section after logging in. Click here to log in. After you log in to My Account you will find the Manage coffee plan item in the Account Details section. Here you will find your coffee plan order, where you can manage your upcoming orders.

Not to worry... it happens to the best of us! Just give us a call when you're next to your machine and we can go through some troubleshooting with you. If we cannot fix the problem over the phone, we'll be able to arrange a repair appointment with Bosch.

We’ll add Podback bags to every order made through our website. The quantity of Podback bags you’ll receive will cover the number of pods in your order.

The frequency is fixed for each plan: every 4 months for TASSIMO Starter, every 3 months for TASSIMO Saver and every 2 months for TASSIMO Super Fan.

The bags for Drop Off are available via participating brand websites, and we hope to have them available in supermarkets soon.

Used pods will only be accepted in designated Podback bags, whether that be at a drop off point, or kerbside collection.

This is not possible, the TASSIMO brewer is only designed to work with TASSIMO Discs (T-DISCs).

T-DISCs are an integral part of the TASSIMO system. These patented and specially designed single servings have a unique shape that fits in the brewer, guiding the flow of water to prepare the beverage.

Each beverage is prepared according to the bar code on the T-DISC label which tells the brewer the size of the beverage, the brewing time and the optimum temperature required to prepare the perfect cup. Because the brewing happens inside the T-DISC, only a small part of the brewer is in contact with the beverage. Liquid flows from the T-DISC to the cup, allowing consumers to produce different beverages, one after the other, without impacting on the beverage taste quality.

Due to the measures taken by our carriers and the increased volume of orders, our warehouses could be facing a delay on processing your order.

Your order might be delivered later than communicated or it could be sent in more than one parcel. Our team is working hard on ensuring that all orders are shipped as soon as possible.

As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email through our automated system along with a tracking reference to see the progress of your delivery.

It can happen that one or more items of your order are out of stock. In order to restart your subscription you can edit your next delivery and replace the out of stock product(s).

You can do this within the TASSIMO My Account section after logging in. Click here to log in. After you log in to My Account you will find the Manage coffee plan item in the Account Details section. Here you will find your coffee plan order, where you can manage your upcoming orders.

If you are having trouble with your payment method, make sure your Credit Card has funds and has not expired. If the error message persists, try to use another valid payment method, remove cache and cookies. It is recommended to wait up to 24 hours for the changes to be applied.

It is only possible to change your address before placing an order.

Please change your address in "My account" or create an account and set your preferred address.

We are not able to modify the address once the order has been placed. If you need to change your delivery address, please contact DHL once you are provided with the tracking number to rearrange the delivery or visit their website.

TASSIMO expertise in milk and dairy products was leveraged to develop a patented Ultra Filtration Formula (UF) for milk. This UF Formula allows real milk to be concentrated and stabilised for ambient storage while maintaining a real similarity to fresh milk (look, taste and foaming properties).

The TASSIMO Milk in our T DISCs has none of the yellowish colour or cooked flavours of UHT milk or different flavours from powder milk. This milk product is unique to TASSIMO and no other On Demand system can offer this superior milk delivery from a capsule or pod.

Yes, it does!

The current recycling bags are not recycled as part of the recycling process due to their contact with liquids, labels and other complex materials. The bags are recovered from waste and used to create energy. We are looking at ways to recycle these in future.

The TASSIMO machine works with T DISCs to ensure perfect quality drinks. Each T DISC contains an expertly measured portion of ground coffee, hot chocolate, tea or concentrated milk. When the T DISC is inserted, the TASSIMO machine reads the unique bar code printed on the label. The code specifies the size, the brewing time and the optimum temperature required to make the perfect drink. Brewing occurs inside the T DISC and flows directly from the T DISC into the cup. You can prepare different drinks, one after the other, each of perfect quality.

Yes. Once you have made a drink you are able to select a different drink variety straight away.

During the brew cycle of each T DISC the drink stream (flow) does not touch any parts of the brewer once leaving the T DISC so there is no taste contamination T DISC to T DISC (drink to drink).

Also, the individual brew cycle of each T DISC is programmed to complete the cycle with either a gust of air (Braun machine) or with steam (Bosch) at the end of each drink to remove residue between drinks.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) up to 14 calendar days after the delivery date to receive a full refund.

In order for us to arrange the return of the item(s) please contact our Consumer Care line on 0800 0328833 from Monday - Saturday 8am to 5pm.

Your return will be processed once received in our warehouse. It can take up to 14 days for your refund to be fully processed.

Bundles and promotional items can only be returned in total. Partial returns on bundles and promotional items will not be accepted.

No, the coffee grounds are removed from the pods at the reprocessor. The coffee is then used as a soil improver and to create renewable energy.
Please drain any remaining liquid from your used pod before adding it to your recycling bag.

No, but you may wish to register in order to obtain discount vouchers and to take part in our promotions and to order from the website. Please retain proof of purchase for warranty purposes.

Your first order will be delivered 3-5 business days after you have signed up for your coffee plan. Depending on your chosen coffee plan, your subsequent recurring orders will be delivered every 4, 3 or 2 months.

Example:

Your first order is placed on the 10th and the standard delivery 3-5 business days will apply. Recurring order: your payment will be taken on the 10th calendar day of the following 4, 3 or 2 months depending on your coffee plan. Once the payment has gone through successfully your order will be processed and delivered to you within the standard delivery time frame of 3-5 business days.

For security reasons this option is not available. If your old email address is no longer valid please create a new myTassimo account so you can continue receiving notification emails for any future orders.

We use DHL - UK mail for our deliveries.

You can track your order by using the tracking number provided by email once the order has been shipped.

You can also find this tracking number on your MyTassimo Account > Orders

Most parcels are delivered within 2-5 working days provided the order is placed before 17:00. There can be delays at times of high order volumes (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas) or due to other circumstances outside our control.

Delivery days start counting on the next day since you placed the order.

To receive your registration codes you need to create an account on the Tassimo website and register your machine using the form. This will give two £10 discount codes to use on two separate online orders (Voucher 1 is valid until 6 weeks after registration. Voucher 2 is valid for 4 months) .

You will receive the codes by email or you can find them on your account, under Machines.

In order to use your registration codes you first need to be logged in to your account as all registration codes are account specific.

When you go to the basket there is a box for entering a promotion code called "Activate your voucher". The discount will then be applied. The minimum spend is £25 on products (excluding shipping costs).

The piercer can be removed by firstly lifting the lid of the machine and then firmly pressing upwards from the bottom of the piercer. If cleaning has not been performed in a while, it may be difficult to remove.

The piercer disassembles into three parts for easy cleaning either manually or in the dishwasher.

It is not possible to adjust your coffee plan plan once you have subscribed for a specific coffee plan.

You are able to change your coffee selection per delivery though.

On Bosch machines, the indicator light flashes red when the water tank needs to be refilled, because the water level is too low to make a drink, or when the tank is not in place. Always refill the tank with clean, fresh, non-carbonated water, and never use chemically softened water. Detailed instructions can be found in the Manual or Quick Start Guide.

Note: on the older-generation Braun machine, all the indicator lights flash when the water tank is empty.

When ordering on Tassimo.com/gb there is no minimum spend limit.

The Minimum order value for the MyTassimo registration codes is £25 (excluding shipping costs).

There might be other minimum order values when using a promotional code, please, make sure you read the terms and conditions or the on-screen message if the code is not accepted by the system.

Our promotions are not combinable, so unfortunately this is not possible.We only allow one promotional code per transaction. If you have attempted to input two codes please check your order to make sure you are happy with the code that has been applied.

We are bringing your favourite TASSIMO coffee directly to you in just a few simple steps! You will receive either the TASSIMO Happy or the TASSIMO My Way coffee machine for just '1. Depending on your daily consumption, you can choose the plan that best suits your needs.

Once your parcel is dispatched you will receive an email confirming it. The email will show a parcel/shipping number.

It might take up to 24 hours for a tracking number to be assigned to your order, depending on when you placed the order and the availability of the products you selected.

You can use this tracking number on the DHL website to track your parcel.

Each patented T-DISC is a brewing chamber, enabling a customised preparation process across a potentially endless variety of coffee and beverage types.

Several different types of T-DISCs have been developed to deliver the perfect coffee, espresso & caf' crema, frothed milk, hot chocolate and tea.

To ensure an optimal storage for all our T-DISCs on the online shop, we carefully plan our stock from our warehouse to delivery. Our commitment to our customers is to always guarantee a minimum life of 40 days upon delivery to your home.

Please refer to the information on the external foil T-DISC packaging for a best before date. T-DISCs are best enjoyed within 6 weeks of opening.

The coffee plans are available to persons over the age of 18 years with a delivery address in the United Kingdom.

Once your order is successfully placed you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number and a list of the items you have ordered. It might take up to 24 hours for your order to be confirmed.

If you don't receive this email from our side, please check your Order History through your myTassimo account; a successful order will come up as in progress or delivered. If you see "pending" or "cancelled" as order status, your attempt has not been successful.

We noticed that not everyone is receiving an email confirmation when they register their machine, don't worry, we're working on a fix. If you didn't received this email when registering your machine, you can find your vouchers via "My machines" in your My Account.

Yes, the same T-DISCs will work in both Bosch and Braun machines (with the exception of the packs* which contain the larger milk disc, these are not compatible with Braun machines with the Kenco logo).

*the packs concerned are: JACOBS Latte Macchiato less sweet, COSTA Latte and Chai Latte.

Our carriers have taken the right measure's to minimize the contact when delivering the parcel to the consumers, on arrival at the delivery address our driver will knock or ring the bell and will then step away to a safe distance. If the consumer advises that they don't want to sign, depending on the carrier of delivery we have alternatives methods in place to ensure that delivery can be completed.

Yes, we do. If a consumer is quarantined or unable to open the door, the courier will provide alternative delivery options.

Please contact Bosch Customer Service directly on 0844 892 8979 and they will advise you how to send in your Tassimo machine for repair. Repair costs will vary according to the fault identified.

The bags for kerbside are available through the Podback website. If this service is available in your area you will need to register in order to get the bags. You will then be sent a roll of bags for recycling your aluminium or plastic coffee pods. Find out if kerbside is available in your area here

T-DISC is the abbreviation for TASSIMO Disc. The patented T-DISC's are designed to work exclusively with the TASSIMO brewer. The two together make up the TASSIMO hot beverage system.

The TASSIMO machine's manual mode lets you customise your drink.

For a milder tasting drink, press and hold the button when the manual LED lights green to extend the brewing process. Stop when the drink reaches its desired size and strength.

For a stronger tasting drink, stop the brewing process early by pressing the button while the drink is being made. This will result in a shorter drink.

There are no shipping costs for you up to your final TASSIMO Subscription payment.

Your email address serves as a username in our website and it is case sensitive. If you are using a mobile device or a tablet, these typically capitalize the first letter of your email address..

Please type in your email address the same way as you did when you created the account or try to log on using a laptop or desktop computer.

Also, you can try to reset your password through our website, make sure you are using the same email address you used when creating the account. Check your Junk/Spam folder if you don't receive an email with the password reset link.

Once your order arrives back to us you will receive an automated email confirming the fact. A refund will be processed from our end within 7 working days from the day you receive our email. Bear in mind that this time may vary depending on your bank and the day the order was returned.

If you don't have a printer, select the Print in Store option when arranging a label. You will be emailed a barcode, present the barcode to the store assistant using your mobile device. They will print the label for you for FREE.

You can put any participating brand’s pods in the appropriate bag.
The teal-coloured bag marked P is for plastic coffee pods or the white bag marked A is for aluminium coffee pods.
If you use both aluminium and plastic pods you cannot put them in the same bag, you will need to use separate bags. This is so they can be sent to the correct reprocessing facility.

The descale indicator light remains illuminated red when the brewer needs to be descaled.

Once you have everything you need, before the checkout, type in the promotional code in capital letters in the promotional code field at the bottom of your basket and hit "Activate Voucher".

The quantity of pods will depend on the brand of pods you use. Each bag will fit 60 x Tassimo T Discs. For maximum capacity please ensure pods are drained and the bag is filled to the dotted line.

The patented Milk T-DISC combines Ultra Filtration Formula (UF) milk with the right quantity of hot water to deliver perfect layers of milk and milk froth for each individual beverage. The liquid passes through the T-DISC at such high velocity that it combines with air to create a foam in a similar way to a steam wand.

For best results store T-DISCs in a cool, dry, place away from direct heat and sunlight as indicated on the package. There is no need to keep them in the fridge.

The patented Bosch flow-heat technology heats water on demand and switches off immediately after each preparation cycle. It is thus very energy-efficient. There is no continual use of energy by the flow-heater unlike other heat systems.

You can subscribe for one of the TASSIMO plans if you have a creditcard. A creditcard (Maestro credit card, VISA and Mastercard) is the only legitimate payment as we need to withdrawl the subcription amount from your bank account every 4, 3 or 2 months automatically.

Please make sure that your creditcard is valid for another year once you subscribe for a TASSIMO Subscription Plan.

Unfortunately a debit card is not a valid payment method for a subscription as we cannot save your payment details for a recurring automatic payment.

It's important we update you throughout the coffee plan program about the status of your planned order. Additionally, by creating an account you will be able to update your choices, monitor the status of your coffee plan and receive offers.

The serial number of your machine is located on a white label either underneath the base of your machine or behind the water tank.

The serial number is 14/15 characters long with a combination of letters and numbers.

When the water tank reaches a level where there is not enough water to brew a beverage, either the red indicator light on the front panel flashes (Bosch machine) or all lights will flash at once (Braun machine).

The TASSIMO machine is more than an espresso machine. It is a hot drinks system that can prepare a variety of drinks, including espresso, at the touch of a button.

TASSIMO is easy to use. Once the tank is filled with water, simply select your cup*, insert your choice of T DISC into the machine, and press the button!

To join our programme, we are offering you a machine for only £1. This amount will be charged on your first bill. Depending on which plan you choose, the recurring charge varies:

TASSIMO Starter: delivered and invoiced £39,96 every 4 months (this means an amount of £9.99 monthly. This plan will cost £1 + £119.88 for one year.)

TASSIMO Saver: delivered and invoiced £59,97 every 3 months (this means an amount of £19.99 monthly. This plan will cost £1 + £239.88 for one year.)

TASSIMO Super Fan: delivered and invoiced £59,98 every 2 months (this means an amount of £29.99 monthly. This plan will cost £1 + £359.88 for one year.)

When you register your machine you will receive 2 discount codes by email, these can also be found under MY Account.

To use these codes you need to make sure you are logged into your account and just type the code into the promotions box at the checkout. You can only use 1 code per transaction and you can't use them in conjunction with any other promotion.

We are in positive discussions with several local authorities and hope to have more operational soon. The set up and roll out of kerbside collections will take time so in the meantime please use our Drop Off collection service. To find out more about this service click here.

The way we are recycling is changing. Our Tassimo Terracycle recycling program is still available to use, but will no longer be available sometime in the near future. For details on how to use the Tassimo Terracycle Recycling programme please go to the Terracycle website.

After collection, the coffee pods are taken to a specialist reprocessing plant in the UK to separate the packaging from the used coffee grounds. The coffee grounds are used to create soil improver and renewable energy. The plastic and aluminium will be transformed into new products such as beverage cans or plastic garden furniture.

Please review the guidance provided by your council and on their website. Each council’s services are run slightly differently, and your collection day may differ from another council.
